DELIVERY INFORMATION

All orders received by 4pm on Monday to Friday are shipped on the same day.

All orders are shipped with a tracking number and we’ll email you a link to your tracking information once your parcel has been shipped from our warehouse.

Free Delivery (Royal Mail Tracked 48) on all orders over £29.99.

Standard Delivery £4.95 (Royal Mail Tracked 48) delivery is within 2-4 business days* from the day you submit your order. Delivery is Monday to Saturday.

Express Delivery £6.95 (Royal Mail Tracked 24) delivery is within 1-2 business days* from the day you submit your order. Royal Mail aim to deliver 93% of Tracked 24 shipments next working day after postage. Delivery is Monday to Saturday.

Next Day Delivery £12.95 (Royal Mail Special Delivery) delivery is guaranteed to arrive the next working day by 1pm (for orders placed by 4pm Monday to Friday. Orders placed Saturday to Sunday will be dispatched on Monday and delivered on Tuesday). Delivery is Monday to Saturday.

*We always aim to meet these delivery times but during busy periods deliveries may take a little longer.

RETURNS INFORMATION

We hope that you will love every item you have ordered, but we know that sometimes you'll want to return an item if it's not quite right. We will refund any unworn item(s) returned to us in saleable condition within 30 days of receiving your original order.

We do not cover the cost of return postage. You can choose any postal service to return your item(s) but we recommend using a tracked or recorded service and getting proof of postage.

We do not offer exchanges. If you would like to exchange an item for a different size or colour please place a new order.

Please make sure you respect the following criteria:

All returned items must be unworn, complete with original tags and/or packaging.

All items must be in the original, saleable condition.

Please make sure all returned items are well packaged so they are not damaged in the post.

Returned item(s) are your responsibility until they are received by us. We cannot take responsibility for items damaged or lost in the post.

If you are returning an item from outside the UK, please clearly mark the package 'RETURNED GOODS' to avoid any customs charges. We are not responsible for any return custom charges incurred and we will deduct any such charges from the refund.

Refunds:

We aim to issue all refunds promptly, but please allow up to 5 working days from receipt of your return.
